Fund for Support to Azerbaijani Diaspora carries out various projects to strengthen the ties of the world's Azerbaijanis with the historical homeland. Consistent efforts are being made to ensure that our compatriots living abroad do not forget their native language and are provided with all the necessary knowledge related to Azerbaijani history, geography, and literature. To date, more than 60 Sunday schools are operating in various countries.

As a joint project of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, a training manual on the Azerbaijani language has been prepared for students of 6-10 years of Sunday schools operating in Azerbaijani in foreign countries. The book, published with the financial assistance of the Fund for Support to Azerbaijani Diaspora, was written by Sabina Aliyeva, Assistant Professor of Azerbaijani Linguistics at the Azerbaijan University of Languages.

In the book's preparation, it was taken into account the age level, the outlook, the range of interests of children, and their need for contact in Azerbaijani. The book, which consists of 37 sections, includes grammar rules, reading materials, various tasks that develop writing and speech skills.
