An art event titled "Nizami Ganjavi and Shota Rustaveli" was organized by the Georgian Azerbaijanis Integration Center in Marneuli.

At the event were presented excerpts from the works of the great Azerbaijani thinker and poet Nizami Ganjavi, as well as the works of the outstanding Georgian poet and writer Shota Rustaveli. The event was attended by Georgian public figures along with Azerbaijani intellectuals. Giorgi Caucidze the elected teachers of the year in Georgia and professor Mahmud Kamal oglu and spoke about the importance of such events. At the end of the event, fragments from the film "Nizami", starring by Muslim Magomayev, as well as the romance “Sensiz” sang by him were presented to the audience.

After the event, a group of teachers and students visited and laid flowers to the monuments Nizami Ganjavi and Shota Rustaveli in front of the "The-House" center in Marneuli.
