The International Association of Israel Azerbaijan AzIz organized a concert program of Azerbaijani compositions in Tel Aviv as a part of the event? Under the direction of the ensemble Salman Rabaev. In August 2019, Sion Salman Rabaev arrived in Baku, with financial support of the Fund for Support to Azerbaijani Diaspora and received master classes from the honored artist Elshan Mansurov. The Fund provided technical support to the ensemble.
