On the initiative of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the "YAŞAT" Foundation with the financial and organizational support of the Fund for Support to Azerbaijani Diaspora, a monthly "YAŞAT" marathon starts. The amount collected within a month will be announced to the public after 25 May.

The event's purpose is to consolidate our compatriots living in different world countries and appeal for donations to the "YAŞAT" Foundation to support our veterans and martyrs' families. During the marathon, Azerbaijanis from all over the world, united under the slogan "Let us support," will help those who gave us Victory, wrote the story of Victory, will talk about their warm memories. The event will be broadcast live on Azerbaijani television (AzTV). During the marathon, it plans to organize direct inclusions for communication with our compatriots and famous persons living in different countries, family members, martyrs, heroes of the Patriotic War, and veterans. In addition, the marathon includes the presentation of a short-term report on the work done by the "YAŞAT" Foundation.
